 To be honest this is the toughest thing I have ever attempted. I am now at Boscastle I was lucky to get booked for two nights at a great YHA . 

Tomorrow I set off to Bude my feet are feeling a bit better but I will try battle on. Boscastle is a interesting cute little village. It has a tideal harbour area where you can see the ocean tidal surge coming through to eventually fill the harbour. It looks spectacular with raging torrents and blow holes in the rocks.

I went to the witchcraft museum to pass a bit of time and cut down on walking it was quite interesting 

Amazing what they use to think a few years ago. But whoooo knows😊

 I have finally decided hiking sux . Yesterday was a trying day to say the least . It started off in Bath trying to work out where the actual walk started. After a couple of attempts following my OS maps I decided to ask some one. You would think that locals would have a bit of an idea well after about the seventh person I finally met a nice old gentleman who told me follow Landsdowne road to the end he did mention it was a bit hilly. Well I would like to nominate it for the longest hill in the UK it just went on and on steep also at one stage I thought I may need oxygen. When i finally found the start of the yellow brick road off I went . Through some boring field edges then it got a bit more interesting. Now at a place called ST Agnes staying the night at an old pub I walked from Portreath . Not that far just around 15 kl feet and legs a bit sore so taking it easy. Met a really nice South African woman and told her I could not source walking poles any where so she gave me hers very kind of her. LEGOG a walk through Britain

 Estimated time to start my LEJOG walk is the 27th of May 2022 A pretty scary thought ; but I can do it.  Not long to go now as the clock counts down. (As you can see i am not that computer savvy or i would of installed a count down clock; but i will try do the best i can and  record my trip on a Blog. I  also surprise myself  i am actually making this blog  Got most of my gear together like Ruck- sack  tent etc. Just little thing s now; i am sure i will forget something but then again i am not walking the Australian outback it is the UK so should stumble on a shop or two.
